Bergen is a very mellow and chill cat.  He was spotted, desperately trying to maintain his gait (despite a terrible leg wound) along a section of a very busy street.  The desperate, painful, dedicated-to-keep-on-going look in his eyes is now replaced by an openness to assess his surroundings and attentiveness to when his person sits down (so he can climb into their lap and get some pats).  He is a wise soul and gets along with other cats.  He has had a difficult time and needs to be in a home where there is lots of gravy and all the trimmings!  In other words, he needs and deserves a home with wrap-around, loving care with a person he can bond with.  If interested please fill out an application at EHRcats.org.
